Legacy College Prep is a fast-paced and dynamic start-up environment of high expectations with a strong commitment to teamwork, accountability, innovation, and most of all, educating our students at a nationally competitive level. High capacity individuals excited to work hard as a founding team member and build a fiercely positive school of excellence will thrive. We are a growth-oriented work place, and seek individuals eager to push themselves professionally and personally to new levels of greatness.

We Promise Our Team:

Support

You will be joining a community, not simply a team. School leaders will be in the classroom.

Teachers will support teachers. And students will learn that character is defined by their support for their fellow classmates.

A Growth Mindset

We will strive to be better every day: better teachers, better mentors, and better colleagues.

This will mean seeking continuous improvement, daring to test new ideas, and maintaining the courage to admit when there are improvements to be made.

Joy

We are what we do, and our students are amidst some of the most challenging years of their development.

We will celebrate our teachers and we will celebrate our students. Strict discipline codes will be balanced by a culture of joy and positivity.

Success

We will measure every effort in our classroom, but our true barometer for success will be our students’ pursuit of a college degree.

That degree represents their opportunity, for the pursuit of their dreams, and for the strengthening of their character.

Their opportunity will be a result of our ability to elevate students to achieve.
